Hotels and Resorts: Cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective hotel or resort. These terms will be shared at the time of booking.
Flights: Flight cancellations and refunds are governed by the airline’s policies. Karas Travel is not responsible for airline-imposed fees or penalties.

Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Car Rentals

Renters must hold a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements specified by the car rental provider.
Additional terms, including insurance coverage and deposit requirements, will apply as per the rental provider’s policies.

3.3 Hotels and Resorts

We act as an intermediary for hotel and resort bookings. Any issues related to accommodation, including cancellations, refunds, or complaints, must be resolved with the respective hotel or resort.

3.4 Flights

Karas Travel facilitates flight bookings as an agent. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by the airline.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities

4.1 Client Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information during the booking process, including names, travel dates, and contact details.
You are responsible for having valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) and complying with local laws and regulations during your trip.

4.2 Karas Travel’s Liability

Karas Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, car rental companies). We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party service providers.
While we strive to provide accurate information, Karas Travel is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes made by third-party providers.

Karas Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemic-related travel restrictions.
